  • MenaceLab Price Watch CY provides URL-based monitoring of supported retailer product pages and sends alert notifications on configured events.
  • The service is provided on an as-is basis and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

  • You must use the service lawfully and in good faith.
  • You may not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • We may suspend access if misuse or risk is detected.

3. Pricing, subscriptions, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed via Stripe and subject to Stripe billing terms and payment method rules.
  • Plan features and limits are defined on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.
  • Failure of payment may downgrade service access according to plan status.

4. Alerts and monitoring behavior

  • Check cadence is plan-based and not guaranteed to execute at exact fixed minute marks.
  • Price and stock data originate from public retailer pages and can change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee any specific savings outcome or commercial result.

5. Retailer affiliation

  • MenaceLab is not affiliated with Kotsovolos, Public, or Stephanis.
  • All trademarks, brands, and product names belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenaceLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Service interruptions, parser failures, delayed alerts, and third-party outages may occur.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, security reasons, or non-payment.

8. Changes to terms

  • We may revise these terms when product, legal, or operational requirements change.
  • The latest version is always available on this page with an updated effective date.
